My 95 year old mother lost her remotes for the garage door and the touchpad no longer worked. I called Bartlett and the problem was handled within 24 hours. The technician was professional and friendly. He explained everything he did and the entire process took less than an hour. I am very satisfied and would use them again should the need arise.

I couldn't make it past the rude receptionist who messed up our consultation scheduling and then blamed me for it. Don't bother with this company - anyone with poor customer service will not be there for you when things go wrong with your new door. Update: I see the reply and I find it hilarious that they are still insisting I made the mistake. Poor customer service. Hard pass on this company. I hope you feel better about yourselves, though. Clearly that's what you value most.

We used Bartlett Doors to replace our very old garage door on our attached 2 car garage. Every part of the process was absolutely impeccable, including the professionalism of the people we worked with, the timing and punctuality of everyone, the reasonable price, and the finished product. Our existing door was very old, and very heavy. They removed it and removed all debris. Our new door looks great and has been functioning perfectly since it was installed last year, and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend Bartlett to anyone.

I would not recommend Bartlett door for their excessive prices. They charged me 125$ plus tax to adjust my door. I can only imagine what they would have charged me if I needed repairs. The tech was there maybe 15 minutes. I complained but they gave me no satisfaction.
If you ever use Bartlett Door, please ask them first what their prices are. I’m sure you will not use them.
I urge you to check other garage door services.
Bartlett door is the highest priced. They charged 100$ just for the service call, price gouging.

Bartlett Overhead Door was phenomenal! Tim C was excellent, he was prompt, went right to work and was focused on making sure that everything was precise and working 100%. Everything was clean, no screws, nuts or bolts laying around.
He disposed of the old garage doors and asked if I would test them out and if I was satisfied, prior to his leaving the property!
