I highly recommend this garage door company. My opener broke over the weekend, I emailed them over the weekend with my issue. Al, the owner, called me first Monday morning. Al explained his solutions to my problems and was ready to send a guy right over. They came today, which worked better with my schedule.

My 18 year old Liftmaster belt drive opener has never worked quite right from the day it was installed by the builder. It would not open the garage door from my cars Home Link systems unless the cars were right in front of the door at the proper angle. I was constantly backing the car up and pulling forward just to open the door. I was really irritating.
The outdoor key panel and hand held remotes also kept disconnecting. I had to pair them opener multiple times a year. I even changed the logic board on the opener about 5 years ago - no difference.

Excellent service, Excellent prices. My garage door cable loosened up and the door came off track. I called at noon, Customer service was very polite and kind. Mike called at 3:00 and a technician was here by 3:20. The job was thoroughly explained by the very polite technician and finished within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Ridge Overhead Door.

Can’t say enough about Mike and his team! Good quality help is hard to find these days but the technicians that came to install were great! Mike made it super easy to pick out the door that would look best on our house & we loved having the ability to see how the door would look virtually prior to deciding. They truly made it easy & well-worth the upgrade. So many of our neighbors have already commented how great it looks! Recommend them 100%!

After contacting 2 other garage door companies with no luck, I called Ridge Overhead Door fairly early in the morning where the owner answered the phone & set up a day & time to come out to take a look at a commercial garage door that had a broken spring. The repair guys came out the next morning, diagnosed the situation, made a temporary repair until they ordered the part & came back & installed the part with no issues. They were timely, professional & practiced covid protocols. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repairs.

I highly recommend Ridge overhead door! The costumer service is wonderful, everyone was so helpful and kind! With covid everything normally seems to be more difficult but they got the job done and communicated… through the whole process. The door is absolutely stunning!! When we got our estimate they were kind enough to express to us that there was no need to get a new lift motor for the door and that the actual door just needed to be replaced which saved us a lot of money. 5 star service, they are the best!

Being new to North Tonawanda we wanted to support local businesses so before closing on our house I put a call into Ridge Overheard Doors to get an estimate on new garage doors. Al promptly responded with great advice and drove by the address to assess the job. He emailed us pictures of the garage with images of how the new doors would look. As soon as we closed on the house we met with him in person and placed the order. Today Chris came and in a few hours had expertly installed our new doors. My wife and I just bought our first home, and to make the garage usable for our cars, we needed a door opener installed. Upon being recommended by a family member we decided to use Ridge Overhead Door. We could not be happier with the service we got!! Everything from the phone call to arrange the visit to make measurements, to the measuring itself, and the installation, everyone we talked to and worked with were very polite, worked efficiently,, and made the process very easy!!

After the heavy rains and flooding a couple weeks back, my garage door had been flooded over the eye. Upon a friends recommendation I gave Ridge a call. The guy on the phone couldn't have been nicer and said they could stop out the next day. As I had to work, he assured me that no problem, he would be able to take care of things. When I returned home the next day, the door was fixed and they even fixed the light! I never saw a repair man and they billed me through the mail a few days later. If only everything was this easy and efficient. Thanks guys!
