My garage door broke last night. When I called this morning they asked a series of insightful questions on the phone and were able to diagnose my problem. They gave me a quote and I agreed. Technician was here within 2 hours. Don was professional and quick, but he spent a few extra minutes petting my dogs. This is my second time using Hamburg Overhead Door. I highly recommend!

Awesome job, Andy was fast, polite and informative. The garage door I ordered just happened to be in stock so I didn't have to wait months for it to come in. Several days after I called the door was installed and looks great! I highly recommend Hamburg Overhead door, and it was cheaper than competitor.

We had Jeff from Hamburg Overhead Door install a Clopay walnut 16x7 solid door and I can’t say enough about how professional he was. Jeff’s workmanship and his ability to get in remove the old door, set up and install our new door in just over an hour was extremely impressive. Tim W did an amazing job with my install. My custom order walnut wood grain door is the facelift my house needed. From estimate to install they were professional and explained everything they needed to do and were going to do. They respected my home and didnt leave a bit of debris behind. The installers were Jeff and Ben and did an awesome job! They showed up at the time promised and worked diligently throughout the day.
