Rob's came highly recommended by a custom home builder. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and transparency when dealing with Chase, Steve, and George. Also Christina is very informative when scheduling appointments and follows up frequently to ensure there are no changes in the schedule. Chase has also followed up with me on occasion to ensure I am satisfied with the new system

The owner, Robs Wife, is very unprofessional. I had to speak to her about a warranty, and she would not call back. After several attempts of trying to get in touch with her, she just yelled “it’s not under warranty” with no explanation.
As far as the initial installation, When Robs installed the thermostat, they put it sideways on the wall and would not install a frame or door to finish off the indoor unit. I was left with a unsightly hole and ac unit showing. The unit had to be replaced in under 10 years.
I would not recommend this company. Employee turnover is high.

Called Rob's out last week to install thermostat and inspect coils. In retrospect I should have viewed reviews first. The technician broke the thermostat I bought to have put on. Then of course he blamed it on factory defect which I inspected because I was going to put it on myself until coils went out. Then of course upsell your condenser is over 12 years old [1995] i recommend replacing because they are only supposed to last 12 years. Sir, if I have a product that went over the dates time I'm ride it out until it wont go no more.
