Still waiting for ac to be repaired right left open and now rat's are coming in and also it stopped working I month later and he sends people that doesn't know what they are doing and also measure parts wrong and keep putting me off about coming. Also had on heat because his work ker unplug it.and I'm a senior who can't keep paying thousands of dollars .evertime they come when it's there fault it doesn't work.

Needing help for and elderly man who was trying to install a newly purchased thermostat himself, I called Albee’s just before 6 PM on Friday, 5/24/19. The kindly man who answered (so sorry I didn’t get his name) offered to talk him through the installation since this was a holiday weekend and explained the costs of a service call this late. He called the elderly man but after 45 minutes was unable to talk him through. At this point he sent out two men who spent nearly an hour working to install the thermostat. After the successful installation, the elderly man was only charged a fraction of

He knows his work, finds the problem and fixes it fast - at a fair price.
Twice now, he has saved my 91 year old mother from dying in the New Orleans heat when her AC went down. Knowing the danger to elderly people, his man showed up within half hour of my call. The temperature in my mom's home was already 95.
I live in Seattle and need to absolutely trust the people who take care of my mother, especially in emergencies. Albee has my complete trust.
