National Air came out on a Saturday right away and did a repair on my 3 ton unit. The technician Wayne was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed my problem went and procured the circuitboard needed and promptly returned and installed it. I am very happy with National Air‘s attention to detail and customer service. When it’s time for a new unit I will absolutely give them my business or if I have any future repairs needed I will call them. Thank you National Air.

Wayne did an excellent job identifying our AC problem. He went above and beyond to get our Air Conditioner fixed in one day. National Air has installed 2 air conditioning units for us. They do an incredible job installing and are very professional. Roy, the owner, is conscientious and is dedicated to make the customer happy.

We purchased both units from this company in 2014. Only they have serviced the units. 5 weeks ago our units were working great, but we had our regular maintenance scheduled. Since that service call my upstairs unit has not worked properly. The technician said we needed a part replaced. We approved the removal and order of replacement. It took him 3 days to come out for the repair. So we went from ac to none. In the time it took him we called the office to inquire. When the technician came back he was very rude and let us know he was upset we called. We do not believe that he actually installed

Excellent is the word I would use to described this company . They are professionals and does not take short cuts in their installation. I’ve learn a lot about how bad my old unit was as well as how poorly it was installed from watching their 2 best installers(Joel and Oscar) who worked on our house. I like the fact that, whatever price you see on the receipt is what you’re going to pay(no hidden cost). In fact we love the company so much, we ended up changing our 4 central unit instead of just 2 that we originally planned. So If you’re in a market for a new AC, I would highly recommend checking

We contacted National Air over a month ago to look at our freezing air conditioner. At the time they replaced a capacitor. A few days go by and it continues to freeze. We ask them to come back.
The technician spends an hour here and leaves without a plan on how to fix it. I call them the next day and they say they’ll call me back with what they planned to do. After not hearing from them again I call the next day, they say they’ll call back. Before they close I call them again and they tell me they ordered a part that will be here in 3 weeks. I ask them to send a text explaining why they decided

A year ago we purchased an entire TRANE system, including duct replacement. Nothing but problems since the install. They have been out to the house 14 times since installation, fixing various problems. And it is a real struggle to get them out. Currently today A/C is not working again. The owner Roy won’t return our calls but why should he, he’s got our money. You will not be a priority with this company if there are warranty issues.

My upstairs unit isn’t cooling like it should. I called national air because I have used them in the past. Let me say that i called once last week and again yesterday. Have not received any information - a call, an email, text, NOTHING!!! If they can’t find my old quote, the thing to do is call and schedule to come and see the unit again. Apparently my hard earned money isn’t good enough for them.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with. We had an air conditioning unit installed less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems. They have come out to our house 4-5 times and nothing has been fixed. We just keep getting the run around. No accountability whatsoever. The original consultant who gave us his card never answers or returns your calls.

National did a great job following up and getting our AC running again. The technician ( Jared) was professional and explained the issue as he fixed it. We will be using National from now on.

That's not my complaint though, I called National Air, who uses a call center often time during business hours. I went another 3 days without AC assuring someone from National would call me back by Monday morning. They didn't. I had to call, call and call them again and again.
