Marco was fantastic! We recently moved into our new home and had Diamond Locksmith re-key our locks. Marco was flexible with his time, even offering to come on a weekend evening. He also stayed until the job was done, even though it ended up being more work than we expected. Finally he stopped by the following week to finish up one small part of the project. - Worked for 5 minutes on house door handle, and was able to solve the issue quickly.
- It was cool to watch, as I know a tiiiiny bit about lock picking. He did not rake, but used the proper tools.
- He was able to take a credit card through Square, and I received an email receipt

Ray is a true professional. He responded quickly on a Saturday, ready to drive to the other side of the bay and duplicate our old car key, as we were locked out of our car. He explained the whole process on the phone.

We had 2 different issues with 2 different doors in a new house. Ray came and was super nice. He showed us how we can fix it without him with simple attention to small details that are in those kind of old locks.
I was so surprised that he didn't even charged me. Not even a dollar.
I am pregnant and I'm also have a small baby at the house. He was very thoughtful and kind and professional. He came on time like we scheduled and finishes his work super fast and high quality.

Extremely disappointing!
I do not understand the five star reviews on yelp at all. My senior citizen mom paid $180 to have her front door lock worked on. The handle set was not operating properly.
The worker took a drill to the brass plate on the door, almost drilling to the edge of the door itself. Completely damaged the door and the plate for no reason. Because after all that, the front door lock still does not operate properly.
Please seek out a different locksmith, If you want the job done right.

Amazing lock smith!!!! He came on time and ready! Gave me a quote right away that we both agreed on and finished the job early with a fully functional key fob! I have an old limited mercedes so it was hard to find someone willing to make a key fob for it since I lost mine. Do business with diamond locksmith you won't regret it!

A few months ago, I lost my key while walking the dog on the beach. We received an excellent service from Diamond Locksmith from start to finish. Thee previous locksmith I worked with messed up 3 out of 4 of our doors while trying to make new keys and said they are not repairable and we have to order whole new mechanism for each. Came here to post a review and was not surprised they have 5 stars. I had a customer take her car key surfing with her. After calling various locksmiths and getting nowhere I called Diamond. Ray just finished making copy of the key FOB for my 2003 Lexus ES300. He arrived within the time period he said he would and we settled on the price that he quote over the phone. Just be specific about what you need done and he will give you the right price. He is friendly and professional.
Its the second time I've used his services and will call on him again when the need arises. I would also recommend him to friends and family or whoever would need the services of a locksmith.

I used diamond locksmith and they cam out as stated to my house and changed my locks. I was happy with the service I gave him a bottled water a regular water and a 30 tip.
So when my car was stolen I called them to come change my locks. He came checked out the locks and said he would get back to me. I Calle four days later and he said he needed to get back to me.
He never called me back that was over a month ago locks are still broken and I'm looking for a locksmith any suggestions???

All I can say is WOW!! Excellent Service!!! My tenants called me that their front door lock broke. I called Diamond Locksmith and within an hour Marco was at the house. It wasn't a simple fix. He needed to purchase a deadbolt lock. The finish of the original lock was not necessarily common. Being the weekend I was concerned that a replacement might be challenging to find. Marco called a few hours later letting me know he found a replacement. He had gone back to the house, installed it and all was good, secure and working again.

Well, I sure wasn't expecting to get locked out of my home tonight with keys in hand! Our old (and apparently misaligned) door said it had enough, and wouldn't open, as I'd later find out, due to it being jammed.
Diamond Locksmith responded immediately -- Marco let me know he would be here in 20 min to help out, and he showed up on time! And with a mask during these COVID times (thank you)!
