Our new pergola is -magnificent-. Pacific Patio removed the original wood structure and replaced it with a truly beautiful aluminum pergola.
They were open and informative during the planning/decision making stages. We felt appreciated and they answered all questions professionally .

We waited a while for the sunroom to be delivered because of the manufacturer. Tamara would call and apologize because of the delay which was no fault of Pacific Patio, she was alway very nice to talk to. When the sunroom was delivered, she called me right away to tell me and to set up the installation date, and she gave me a discount because of the delay from the manufacturer. The installation went very smooth. JD and his crew did the installation and they did a great job. They were very neat and cleaned up all the mess before they left. We were looking to add a small patio cover to the front of our house and Pacific Patio met all of our standards. Jon came out to do an estimate the same week I called to schedule and had my plan drawn and quote ready within a day. Due to supply issues, our lead time was 6-8 months which they let us know right off the bat. Tamara was very communicative throughout this time and our materials actually arrived about a month and a half earlier than we expected! When the guys came out to do the install (the same week the materials arrived) they were thorough, professional, and made the area look better

I had a Temo sunroom installed by Pacific Patio in Feb 2019 but by May 2019 the roof was leaking through the recessed light fixtures. The roof wasn't repaired until Aug 2019. Three months after I first reported the problem. Everything seems fine until July 2021 when I again discovered a leak in the roof. Same as before through the recessed light fixtures. Yesterday, after sitting in a puddle on my patio, I contacted Tamara again to find out when the roof will be fixed. Turns out someone had tried to contact me last month but when I didn't answer the phone they didn't leave a message

Aside from the wait time which isn't their fault due to global supply chain issues this year, they were great. After initial estimator came out the owner came out to remeasure. Said he does that for every job. Measure twice cut once.
Was supposed to be 3-5 day install but they were done in a day and a half. Neat, meticulous work. Extremely happy.

Don't use these people. It took 13 months to get a 13' x16' sunroom finished. The finish work is terrible, the parts don't fit together well. They don't refinish walls when they put in doors. The stucco work is poor. They leaned walls against my vinyl fence and scratched it. I had their concrete guy pour a patio for me and it wasn't done correctly. Everything was left dirty. They don't even clean the windows. The people they hire aren't qualified to do the work. The workers show up at 10 am., leave at 2 p.m., and take a lunch break. They left a

They arrived on time and offered an electronic proposal within 24hrs. We chose a Temo Patio cover with a fan and electric package, including recessed lights and two skylights. They did superb work, and no delays occurred. It has been several months since my sun room build and I waited to write this review so that I didn't do it in hast. However, I am still writing a negative review based on horrible issues from beginning to end of this project.
I had Thomas give me my estimate. I financed my loan and Thomas had me sign the contract with a promised price, monthly installments and six months no payments after the room was done. I questioned him several times in email, text and phone calls about the financing portion and when we finalized that, as it seemed odd it didn't happen up front. I was told "

It's installed and looks good but not the best experience.
* In July they said it would take 5 to 8 weeks to receive supplies and install. It took 3 months.
* They called on a Friday to ask if they could install on Monday. I was out of town until Tuesday. They said, "Okay, we're going to have to move on to the next customer then." lol, thanks.
* Guys showed up and asked "so what are we doing? How do you want it?" It had been 3 months. I didn't really have the details memorized. isn't that why we made a detailed plan?
* Workers left for the day leaving

My husband and I chose Pacific Patio for their professionalism. It is a family business and they take pride in their work and products. We got a nice sized sunroom and a patio cover. They are flexible and focus on customer satisfaction. The sunroom maintains a pleasant temperature and is extremely enjoyable to hangout in. Where to start? From the initial consultation to the final walk through, Pacific Patio did an astounding job on our new patio cover. We did encounter a few challenges with communication. The work looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I live in a coastal community, so damage to wood and metal is a real issue. The fact that this company uses high grade aluminum with a genuine wood appearance is pretty cool. I typically do projects like this myself, but the quality would not match what this company delivered.
There were some issues in the beginning, and the wait was very long, but all the employees are very friendly and care about their reputation. Any corrections that needed to be made, they addressed promptly with a smile. I would definitely recommend
