Interesting that a few other quotes on Jobs I received
Did not include all the extra details that went into my jobs

I called Proline after looking at my neighbors recently completed job. I called Proline and they responded in a timely manner. Renee arrived on time to do my estimate but spoke so rapidly using construction jargon that it was difficult to follow. I told her I was hard of hearing and couldn't follow her when she used terms I didn't understand. I wanted to see photos of what my job would look like, she assured me everything was on their website. Renee was very friendly but obviously rushed, I walked her out and noted she had someone waiting for her in her vehicle. I checked the website

Updating my review after about 2 months of having the patio done. Patio was done before the pavers were done. Concrete near the pavers was already done, so David and team estimated the pavers height and installed the posts. I wish they hadn’t installed the two side covers for the post, it should’ve been done after the flooring was completed. Now it came out about an inch shorter and I’ve to live with the gap. I’ve been asking David and his team to come and fix it, told them will pay for parts or share cost. Its over a month and over 20 calls/messaging and I don’t get a proper response

But I am going to confirm with others that they will come and do the job, and my patio looks good but if you have any problems with the install he will never responded to messages. I made several attempts to contact him and when he finally answered and stated he would come back and fix the issues, he never did. We had a 50' patio installed by them and added lights to the solid part of the patio and a couple of them started leaking when it

Great experience with this company! First, our free estimate was done by Renee, who was friendly and professional. Then we were in contact with David who was also a pleasure to speak to. Overall, great experience from beginning to end. We aren't sure how it will hold up in the rain and wind but the patio cover looks FANTASTIC!!! love, love, love it! Thank you!

I, too, regret not reading the reviews of Proline Pacific before committing to have them build my patio cover. Like many others who have posted, everything started out well -- they started the job close to when they said they would. They came every day for about 10 days and built what looks like a quality patio cover. However, during the process Renee and David would never my return calls or texts, which should have given me a clue of what was to come. We did not charge for our return visit or work we had done for you after our install was properly completed. We had installed a patio for you prior to this patio and was no problem matching the same height and specs to the existing cover. As far as pavers they were installed after our work was complete and is not our company's responsibility to fix other paver companies mistakes. Sorry you feel ill willed towards us we did several

I used this guy upon recommendation of a good friend. I should have done my research. Misleading scheduling, his workers leaving early and having to reschedule another day to install, him not telling me that the master bathroom window could not be replaced because the manufacturer didn't make windows that small until AFTER the job was complete, having to re-work the spare bedroom window because the window wouldn't open or close easily (no quality assurance walk-thru), and the wrong sliding glass door does not have an external key lock all made for a poor experience. Great service! Dave was very sensitive to my disabled husbands needs in our plans for a patio cover. It was designed with only one support post so that he could manuever in his wheelchair around the patio. The cover was installed in 4 hours by a terrific team! We are so pleased we chose Proline Pacific for this project.

The good : I needed a big patio cover last summer. Dave showed up, gave me the quote, included $600 discount without me asking for it, came out $7,300 for 640 sqft patio (pretty big) including wiring for 6 LED lights. They showed up on time with the materials, installed everything and only after everything was done I paid in full. There was no advance or half payment or anything like that, which is surprising for any contractor in any construction related business. I have to agree with the other review which said "nice but flakey". Often don't answer and don't return calls. Often don't show when they agreed to and when you call, make excuses but don't really propose a new time.
I had a Duralum patio installed a couple of years ago by these guys and, while the product is pretty good, this installer was pretty shabby but I figured, heck, everyone has to make a living right? They came back a couple of times to fix a leak, and the gutter they installed had to be re-installed by a gutter company. The workers parked their truck

When David and his crew demolished and installed our new patio cover with lights, my wife and I were very pleased.
Since we've been having some wet weather, I've noticed spots leaking through our new patio cover. I've tried for months to reach David to come out and fix the patio cover plus do some more work. The lack of returning my calls shows me the lack of being professional. It also appears David and his crew DO NOT stand by their work after they receive payment for the project.
