Were always skeptical when hiring new companies but I can honestly say this company is worth recommending; they truly went above and beyond to get us heating again during the holidays at that by squeezing us in a full schedule, Thank you priority ac, we've found the best ac repair company in town and won't have to look around next time.

Jacob was the repairman who came and fixed our AC unit today. He was here exactly at the time stated, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made sure that he conveyed to us what the issues were and the solutions available. Once we decided on the solution for us, he got to work and in no time at all had the AC up and running, and the house cooling down. I would strongly recommend if you have any AC or heating problems to give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed.

Very professional efficient crew. Two man job uninstalling and installing a new 160lb wall ac unit. Crew had to enlarge the hole and gave me a spot on quote within my pay range, while maintaining the units security. After installation the crew stayed in contact to ensure a solid job, waterproofing the installation site.

When I realized our AC wasn't working properly I reached out to Priority the next morning. They had availability within the next couple hours and were right on time. Jose did a great job assessing the issue and explained what was wrong. He completed the repair and we were up and running in no time. He was very polite & professional. Price was VERY reasonable and actually less than what I was anticipating. Thank you Priority for be amazing. Will definitely be using again when needed and spreading the word.

My experience was nothing but positive! I called almost in a panic being hot and mid summer and AC NOT cooling. They came the very next day and resolved the issue. Priority AC & Heat were professional and offer their services at reasonable prices. I will be making them our service provider for regular maintenance as well as referring them to my friends!

Mike was very knowledgeable and detailed regarding the issues plaguing my ac unit. Timely professional services. Mike also went the extra mile and ensured the outside unit was working as well.
