Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and after leaving voicemails with 6 different companies, Saab was only one of two that promptly called us back. We were able to schedule a plumber to come over early the next morning. We appreciated the transparency with their pricing from the onset so that there was no sticker shock later on. Doug arrived early for the appointment. We found him to be knowledgeable, very communicative in steps he was performing and respectful of our home (wearing a mask and booties). I am quite pleased with the HVAC maintenance service provided. The service man showed up within a two hour window, and completed the necessary work quickly. I had a miscommunication with them earlier, but they were happy to return and make things right at no cost to me.

3-stars! I needed a garbage disposal insatlled under a double sink. Chose this folks because of their reviews, but was disappointed in the service.
They sent a guy who is very NEW to plumbing and his first reposne when looking under my sink was - "this is impossible....", after a conversation and convincing, his second response was "you need an electrician to move the power from A to B", on the third attempt his started trying to put the garbage disposal where I've askedm him to begin with. For 20 minutes he was telling me about the advantages of conencting the dish washer to the garbage disposal

We called SAAB initially looking for a company that would be willing to do work on our steam heating system. They were one of only a handful of companies who were even willing to look at the work.
