In 1993, Mike Umholtz began his career as a plumber and HVAC technician in Lancaster, PA while completing his HVAC training at York Technical Institute.
After moving to Massachusetts (to be near his fiancee), he worked for a small mechanical company, where he gained valuable experience working on commercial HVAC and plumbing systems in the Boston area. Mike furthered his education by going to school in the evenings and earning his master plumbing license.
In 2004, Mike was ready for the next challenge and started Umholtz Plumbing and Heating with the goal of providing quality plumbing and HVAC services in the Metrowest area. In his off hours, Mike enjoys camping with his family, hunting and fishing, hanging out with friends and quiet moments in the hammock.
