Water heater is leaking. Called Shahood and they came the next day to assess. After several calls waiting for a quote. Never heard from them again. I'm pretty sure it's because the HWH was under warranty and they couldn't make the 200% markup on a new one. I still have the need and will take my business to someone who cares about clients and not about making an extra buck.

I needed my radiators and gas stove disconnected to install new kitchen flooring then reconnected. Service team arrived on time x2. I had a shower that would neither turn on or turn off and the water coming out was scalding hot. I called several plumbers and no one could help me for weeks. Shahood Plumbing came the same day!!! They fixed the problem and a few other plumbing problems I had been meaning to address. The plumber also pointed out a fairly big concerning issue at my water shut off that needed to be addressed. The people I dealt with were fantastic. I am very glad I called them and would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

We have worked with Shahood for a lot of repairs. They are always responsive, professional, reasonably priced and friendly. Most recently we had a pipe burst in our bottom floor. We called at 7:04 am. A team was at my house by 7:50am. The pipe was fixed and replaced by 8:50am. Team was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

After getting an initial inspection and broad estimate from one plumbing contractor, I contacted Shahood Plumbing for a second look. Initially, I was very happy when the two gentlemen came by just a few days after my call. They did a much more thorough job investigating the situation and diagnosed the problem than the first plumber had. They were not able to give me an estimate at the time but assured me that they would go back to the office and talk with their supervisor, who would then get back to me with an estimate. In the meantime, I realized that the water pressure for some of my fixtures

Made a call to Shahood plumbing fir a non emergency minor repair. Received a call back within three hours with a rough estimate and the could be at my home in 45 minutes if I was available- amazing! The work was done quickly by a nice, professional team. Shahood is now on my speed dial for plumbing repair!

As a kitchen remodeler, trust is the most important factor when hiring a a sub contractor. Shahood & Sons are the ONLY company I hire for my projects. Outstanding customer service! I called about my elderly parents broken showers (2 of them). They had been waiting 2 days for another company to call them back. The front desk at Shahood was extremely helpful and pleasant and had someone call my parents back immediately and over there in less than 2 hours. Showers were fixed and they had the nicest conversation with the tech who came out! My mom called to say she has NEVER seen better service from a plumbing company in her life! Highly highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with Shahood & Sons Plumbing. Andrew was such a skilled plumber and fixed a broken water pipe and installed my dishwasher. Andrew was such a dedicated worker and really knew his stuff and you could tell that he loves his job. Mark the owner was excellent to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.
