Services
Most special orders take around a week to arrive. However, some tiles do take a bit longer to take so it is always a good idea to have your material before you schedule your contractor. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Porcelain Enamel Institute (PEI) actually do not recognize the term "porcelain" or "ceramic" when referring to tile and it's durability.

This is a very belated review of a truly exceptional, patient and knowledgeable staff! Our kitchen was completed over a year ago and the final step was the backsplash I couldn't make my mind about. After many samples we brought back and forth, I had my winning pick and couldn't have been any happier! Thank you again so much!!!

No where on the website does it say you have to make an appt. Only one lady in store having a personal conversation with another lady, door was locked. She answered and said no one here to help you, you can come in and look but, standing at the door like a private residence. I said yes I'd like to look and walked by so she locked the door and went to continue her personal conversation because I heard them gossiping. After I was done looking I had to wait for a break in conversation and asked are you going to unlock the door? She could have stopped gossiping and maybe tried to help show me around

Walked around this store for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist us, figured they were just busy, another couple walked in and employees rushed to help them. Apparently if you're dressed in the attire one would expect to wear while tiling you're looked at as though you have no money.. Their loss. "BIG MISTAKE". I have taken my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed by everything at Sherwood. First of all they have a HUGE variety of tile that can accommodate any budget. Do not shop at the big box stores down the street, the tile at Sherwood is higher quality and the prices are very comparable. We are just doing a spare basement bathroom so we didn't want to spend much money, but we were shocked how inexpensive it was.
The staff there is a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable about their products, are very friendly, communicate very well (calling about special order delivery status, etc.), and don't get pushy about trying to get
