I called UCM about cleaning my sofa and loveseat and was asked about the type of material and stains, after answering all questions I was quoted $119. Too my surprise UCM offered to come out the next day and they arrived on time in a unmarked van with no identification, once the technician walked in he started priming me for a price increase. The technician claimed my fabric is harder to clean and the "basic" steam clean may or may not work, after telling me about what he was going to toss in "no charge" I asked him how much will it be for the cleaning? His answer after adding it up in a calculator

This is our second time using the service, and we were lucky enough to get Chris again. He had previously gone above and beyond with our couches, going as far as to help install the feet onto the couches! This time, we had pet stains on our bed, and he got the entire thing looking brand new! Will ask for him again BY NAME anytime in the future!
