I have used Topaz for several years for heavy-duty cleaning of area rugs. Key focus: dog urine and stains that steam cleaning would just intensify. Reality check: stains are tough to get rid of on light colored wool rugs. Luckily smell is gone.
I’ve always found Ernest to be very customer service oriented and easy to work with . I dealt with Brandon today in person for the first time and found him and his associate to be great to work with, too. Truly appreciate the pickup and delivery service. These guys are super.

I have used Topaz many times now and would not consider another company to take care of our carpets and rugs! They do an outstanding job and are always on time and professional. They also guarantee their work and will come back and retreat any areas of concern, should any arise. Prices are very reasonable as well. I could not be more pleased!

We hired Topaz to clean our carpets. Within 2 days of the cleaning we used our carpet cleaner to clean a small area that Topaz was unsuccessful removing. We lifted the stain immediately with our residential cleaner.
Also, when we cleaned the rest of the carpet lots of dirt came up which was surprising after having the carpet steam cleaned. To give Topaz the benefit of the doubt, I submitted a request to their email through their website. According to their website they have a satisfaction guarantee within the first 30 days. Unfortunately we have not heard back from them.

Wow...super impressed with Earnest and the work they did. We had them over to soft wash the side of the house and it looks like new!! We also took care of the driveway and sidewalk on his suggestion and WOW! I didnt think it was as bad as it was....till I saw it clean! The house looks awesome now! Super happy! Plus he explained that they do a three step power wash to ensure that it stays clean longer and pops brighter...I never knew there was so much to pressure washing... but I'm so glad we called Topaz and a company that goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!

Topaz did a great job! I was worried because my cat had peed on my sofa and I had tried cleaning it with a peroxide cleaner, but it had a leftover chemical odor. My sofa now looks like new and smells fresh! They were quick and efficient and did a thorough job. It dried quickly too. I put the fan on it and within two hours I was able to sit on it...yay! Thanks guys!

Been using the crew at Topaz for years, before they were Topaz. They have always responsive, on time and eager to make sure I am not just satisfied, but happy with the results. This time we had a sick dog on both ends....use your imagination. It took several methodical approaches, but almost all of the stain is gone. If you had seen the initial spot you would have said no way but Earnie and Brandon said bring it on. It is not perfect (super cheap dog carpet) but they got it to where it is not embarrassing. Thanks guys!

My dryer vent needed cleaning since it hadn't been done in at least two years. The company that used to do it no longer did such work. I read reviews for Topaz Cleaning and Restoration and called for an appointment. I was extremely pleased with the work Jake did. He arrived promptly at the time expected, was efficient, thorough, and when he finished he explained to me what he had done, what he had found, and showed me pictures of the lint around the top of the vent which goes out through the roof. I happily recommend Topaz to anyone who wants a top quality job done by an efficient, professionally

But I just used them to treat my concrete tile roof. I bought a new home and the roof had not been treated in probably 30 years. It was covered in lichens which over time can cause these tile roofs to deteriorate.
They did a fabulous job and went overboard to make sure it was done well. They came back and did a second treatment - even cleaned out my gutters which I had not realized were clogged!!
These guys are the best - great customer

Jake with Topaz did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent! It was 80 percent clogged - it had been years since it was last cleaned. Jake took before and after shots of the work and you can literally see the metal shine it was so clean. The only issue we had was that we gave him a coupon we got from Angie's List and it wasn't applied to the bill. Still happy with the job - and I would definitely recommend them - just a little surprised they didn't honor the coupon from Angie's List.
