My carpets and area rugs turned out great. Their employees were professional ,courteous, and were not lazy like the steam cleaner I used last year. They also gave me price upfront and did not try to raise it when job was completed, like the steam cleaner I used last year. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

My former tennants left my carpet a complete disaster. I called a local steam cleaner and they said to replace it that they couldnt get the smell or stains out. I didnt want to spend six thousand on replacing carpets in a rental. I did more research and found out about chem dry. I had them come out and they removed all the stains and removed all the pet odors. I will use them from now on.

Had my carpet cleaned today. No stains or pet smell, only light bedroom dust and traffic dirt leaving a kind of gray cast to the white background. Carpet didn’t look any different tonight than it did before it was cleaned. Took a paper towel and wiped over the top of the somewhat damp rug and paper towel was filthy. I’ll be calling the first thing in the morning! Extremely disappointed. I could have wiped it down with damp clothes and cleaned it better for a lot less than $195.
Chem dry came out after the weekend and repeated the cleaning. The carpet appeared clean immediately after we cleaning

I have used this company for 10 years on my persian rugs and the cleaning is always top notch. They are able to remove any type of stains including pet stains. I am always amazed at how they make the colors pop again. Oh and they make the fringe white again too. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

These guys did a great job! They were professional and very respectful of our possessions. For the quality of work they performed, the price was extremely reasonable! It's amazing how much better your home smells after getting your carpet professionally cleaned... Especially if you have pets like we do. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again!
