February through August is the best time to have it serviced. However, we can be more flexible to accommodate your schedule and get you booked sooner. This wasn't the best experience. They were contracted out during a recent home inspection, and it felt more disjointed than other inspections. They were however on time and apparently thorough, so that's a plus.
They told me things looked good on the fireplace, and mentioned some of the enhancements and new additions that the previous owners made. In my mind that was that. Then I got their proposal and it has nearly $3,000 worth of work proposed? (Side note, I don't intend to book them if there actually are any critical repairs needed). I called and spoke with Ronda who was helpful
