Company is also known as American Chimney? I told them I was missing a damper door and needed it replaced. It was recommended to me that I get a cleaning and a level 1 inspection. They scheduled me for 3 weeks out, the crew called me almost 2 hours early with a 10 minute warning of their arrival. I rushed home from work to meet them, they did their inspection, charged me $140 and left. No cleaning was done and I had to ask about the damper. I called afterward because I was unhappy and the receptionist talked circles around me and kept trying to sell me MORE services.
