Owner Glen Simmons got his work ethic from his mother, who worked three jobs to support her family. The gal that came out was professional & did a great job inspecting & cleaning my chimney. It took a day for them to get back to me to schedule, but I understand its probably due to some of their technicians being deployed and its the busy season. I'm happy to wait for great service and to support veteran families! Will definately use again!

A couple of years ago we used this business to conduct our chimney flue cleaning. Service was completed at the agreed upon time. This year I left a phone message and email request. The phone message went unanswered.. The email was answered confirming September 22nd.
My pet sitter met them this morning and they refused to go to our home and complete the chimney cleaning. We work out of town extensively and rely on good professional businesses that stand by their word.

I don't normally leave reviews but CHIM-SAFE exceeded my expectations in every way. I initially had another company do an inspection on a chimney for a house that I was buying, and they wrote me up for $1800 worth of work (and showed up at my house unexpectedly to take "more measurements" so they could order a cap). Unimpressed, I gave Chim-Safe a call - they were backlogged for several weeks, but in light of the positive Google reviews, I decided to wait for their second opinion. I am so glad that I waited! They came by for the inspection, told me that most of the work by Company X was unnecessary
