Gary was great. We had some issues with our fire place in the past and some of the previous tuck pointing we had done was falling out after a year. Gary explained the things that needed to be done and the things that could be done and was never pushy on anything. I received a couple of quotes from other places that would’ve done the same work and Chimney masters rate was more competitive by far. Their quality of work, at least in contrast to the previous tuck-pointing, is so much cleaner looking and doesn’t appear it will flake off. We’ll continue to use Chimney Masters in the future.

Chimney Masters always does a great job. Gary is a pleasure to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. We've had him do tuck pointing for our chimney as well as add chimney screens. He's also cleaned our dryer vents and replaced the dryer cap (even cleaned a gutter for us). All the work he's done has been top notch with great prices!

We contracted CM to repair missing mortar on the outside of our chimney. Garrett was very professional and delivered our repair as promised working past dark to complete the project. He cleaned all of the debris off our deck. The new mortar is a perfect match. You can’t even tell he was here.

Chimney technician did the work the day after I called for an appointment. He was efficient, capable and conscientious. He explained to us several issues he found and fixed over the 3 hours he spent inspecting and cleaning our chimney and fireplace insert. The rate charged was very reasonable. The area was cleaned perfectly after the work was completed.
