Success and growth evolved the company into incorporation in 1999, and for over 30 years we have been refining our ability to take clients from concept to completion on a wide variety of projects.

Trying to fix the cracks, putting in new bricks or patching the concrete will not solve the problem.

I called in to see if they could have an technician or contractor come out to quote/bid on the work needed for the foundation of a home my client is currently in escrow on.
as one would expect when buying a home , its normal to be able to have inspections done to know the scope of the work needed to proceed forward. not with this company which denied our request.
would have loved to have these experts work with my client , unfortunate that they do not perform inspections on the foundation even with consent of the home owner.

From beginning to end, they made our deck replacement project go smootly. Justin came out and looked at the project and had many good suggestions. We told him that we wanted a firm bid which he provided and they stuck to it, even giving us a small refund at the end because the materials priced out a little lower than the estimate. They produced excellent drawings and obtained the Building Permit, then began the work. Throughout the foreman Mishael guided the workers expertly and all completed their tasks with care and professionalism. They were freindly but businesslike. They used high quality

We needed foundation work for our home in the Oakland/Berkeley hills. Montclair construction made the process easy from start to finish. The end result is a solid sister foundation that makes me very comfortable our problem has been solved. The crew that did the work was first rate and the work was done on schedule. The only down side was an increase in the cost from the original estimate. The additional cost was a bit of a shock but was due to materials cost increase during the Covid pandemic.

The team did a great job taking care of several issues my house had. They skillfully fixed my drainage problem, improved the foundation and re built my deck. The contracts and proposals were detailed and straight to the point and the team of workers are highly skilled at what they do. They were even able to work around all of things we have stored in the garage to get the job done. Robert is a no nonsense guy and tells it like it is, which is how it should be when you want to get things done.

I had them replace the flooring and drainage system for an interior courtyard in our home. They provided a fair and detailed estimate within 24 hours of coming to discuss the project and were able to start the project sooner than anticipated. The crew -- led by Eduardo Guzman -- worked very hard and diligently throughout the project. When they encountered a major -- and unanticipated problem with the drainage system -- the onsite crew worked tirelessly to solve it, saving us a tremendous amount of money by avoiding bringing in a drainage specialist. Despite these problems, they finished the job

We used Justin and his team to add a deck, install a sliding glass door, add a slab for a hot tub, and install wiring for the hot tub. The entire experience was great. First I would say that the contract is very thorough and offers a clear explanation of what is to be done, what milestone we need to pay, etc. Of course there were issues that came up along the way, but Justin and Javier worked with us to make sure we understood the options and we were happy with the final result. I think the biggest complement that I could give to them is that we decided to use them again to remodel our master bathroom

I contracted them to inspect and repair some dry rot off a small older deck. During the initial consult I also decided to have them both replace the deck and put in some retaining walls on a steep slope off my garage.
From estimation, construction, and clean up they provided excellent, proactive, and thorough work. They were able so save the floor joists and repair the outside siding. The craftsmanship of both projects exceeded my initial expectations.
I highly recommend their consideration in any of your home repair needs.
