Hristiyan has been our go-to contractor for over 15 years. Our home has required extensive renovation--kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, exterior windows, and siding. Hristiyan is fantastic! The best contractor you can find in the Bay Area! Hristiyan is a passionate and dedicated craftsman; he will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the final product; he communicates all issues immediately and documents all of his work carefully.
Hristiyan was the general contractor for our clinic-buildout in Oakland. Many things made this project very complicated; it started during the COVID-19 outbreak, it had to comply with healthcare, and commercial regulations, etc. On top of that, the architectural and interior plans for the clinics were either

I had Hristiyan and his team build a fence in my backyard in the Berkeley hills - he really went the extra mile to come up with a unique design and follow through to completion. His crew was very diligent, they worked fast and efficiently, we are very pleased with the results and the value. Would recommend to anyone. Top notch

I would highly recommend Hristiyan and Eric for their professional work, can do anything attitude and a good quality of their service.
They've just finished our kitchen remodeling project which included a full demolition of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, appliances, counters, plumbing and electrical work around the house.
The guys worked long hours during the holiday season to complete everything on time.
Hristiyan suggested a lot of improvements with the lightning of our house and implemented them. Eric has done a good project manager's job, prepared everything before

Hristiyan is great and we highly recommend him!
We shows our house and discussed the work we needed done with around 10 contractors. Hristiyan was one of the two that we liked the most and, even though we eventually decided to go with the other one for this project, we were very impressed with Hristiyan and based on our interactions with him, we have no reservation recommending him.

As an engineer, there are a myriad of experiences I have working with different contractors. As a design professional, I look for people who will follow my plans, be in communication with me about the process and timing on inspections, and ask when they don't understand something instead of building it how they see fit. Working with Hristiyan has been a pleasant experience. He has communicated any issues in the field to me that needed to be addressed and followed my plans well. It's a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to doing so again.

We've worked with Hris for over 5 years - Hris is an amazing craftsman, jack of all trades, with an well developed aesthetic and a great work ethic. In the past 5 years, he's transformed our 1910 fixer upper into our dream house! He's trustworthy, reliable, and highly skilled.
