The Guy came.. in less than 5 minutes told me the problem can be due to broken blower wheel or motor bearing. Then tried to make me but a full new unit for $8,500 or $10,300. For the diagnostic I had to pay $130. He took more time writing the paper work and the quotation for new A/C than the time for checking and diagnostic. Clearly they just want to sell new units

My thermostat had to be replaced after Hurricane Delta. Burnworth's were the first to respond to the call and they told me I needed my thermostat replaced. They charged me 300.00 for the thermostat and 130.00 for labor; I figured that was normal. Fast forward to last weekend and the air conditioner wouldn't work. Assuming it was an issue with the unit, I called the company that put it in. They discovered it was my FIVE month old thermostat and replaced it. The other company charged 115.00 for labor and 100.00 for the thermostat! I called Burnworth's about returning the malfunctioning thermostat

Our heat went out suddenly yesterday, February 13, 2021 around 3:00 pm, the eve of the forecasted ice storm in Sulphur, LA. I called Burnworth's A/C and reached Allen, the technician. Before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off spouting that it would cost $180.00 for him to come out. I answered him by saying "Okay." He grumbled and was very exasperated when he told me he was on his way.
When he arrived, we tried to talk with him about our problem but he did not respond to any of our comments or questions. He asked for a ladder and went into the attic. He stayed up there for a few minutes

They came to my house to fix the outside unit because it was making a grinding noise they told us it was our 2 capacitors (our outside unit only has one and they charged $95 for a $5 capacitor) $600 in total for the first time they came out. Then the problem was still going on they did the same thing after 2 months our ac went out and we had another ac repair man come out and it was a lead to the condenser that had shorted and that actually fixed the issue

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. They fixed my A/c quickly. A previous company had told me they couldn't honor my warranty because it didn't pay enough. Called Burnworth, came out, ordered part I need and honored my warranty. Very professional, kept in touch to let me know about part couldn't have asked for better service. Will use the again.

They did a great job installing our new AC unit and the house is cool again. They gave us several options and choices of units with different efficiencies and price levels. And they gave us 0% interest finance options. After the technician installed everything, the owner of the company came out and inspected everything to make sure it was done to his standards. It was a good experience.

I had Ronnie install a new A/C system in my house. My average bill was around 500 a month in now I average with the new A/C system around 200 a month. I highly recommend anybody looking for a new A/C system or just need service work to give these guys a call These guys are very professional in Ronnie runs his business with a godly heart.

Called them because a unit was acting up. They charged $175 just to give me a quote, which was $12,000! I called another vendor and got the job one for $2,500.
My elderly mother-in-law also accidentally called Burnworth's and they charged her the $175 to come out and told her that it could cost up to $15,000 to replace her AC. She has a simple house and this just seemed mean. After I spoke to my mother-in-law I got her to call the same company that I ended up using and they were able to fix her unit for $400.
These guys are not good people. Avoid them!!
