Thankful for a company like ACE! This company went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother. I can’t even begin to describe what they did for her! She now has a working ac, and is even breathing better with the new unit (she is on oxygen). She was so happy. With her health problems as of late, it was so nice to see her smile. Our experience was great with Ace. Our technician arrived exactly at the time we were told. He quickly got to work, found the problem with the thermostat, and replaced it. He told us the cost of the new thermostat first to be sure that was OK with us, which it was. Everything is working properly and we have a two year warranty with full replacement if it fails to work during that time. Our technician was very nice and knowledgeable. We always call Ace for all of our air conditioning needs and are always pleased.

This was our second call to Ace and we have been beyond impressed both times! All we needed today was to have a duct reconnected and they were able to get us a same-day appointment! Ace scheduled quickly to determine why our AC wasn’t cooling. Once we decided on the path to replace our 24 year old unit, Ace made an appointment for a quick turnaround installation of the perfect new unit. Chris and Tyler were polite, steady workers. My home has a Trane system and I was having issues and questions. My technician named Jacob Moreau did a thorough diagnostic on my WHOLE system. He quickly found the issue and fixed it.
Once he found the issue he didn't stop there. Again...He continued to do a full diagnostic. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Easy payments were available through an IPad.

One star is highly generous considering what I'm dealing with .. with this company . My AC was inspected in March 2020 two days before moving into my new home .. the report stated no problems .. it's the end of June my AC shut down !! I called the office and spoke to Patrice ... she informed me my air ducts were hung when the inspection happened ( the home was vacant before we moved in ) and somehow my air ducts are now on the ground and my ac coils are so clogged it shut the whole unit down . This company is the worst ... RUN ELSEWHERE !!!
