Fast response. Friendly and will answer honestly what is wrong and offer solutions for you. No bs to replace everything and run a bill. Sometimes it is a simple fix and this guy will provide not only the best solution but let you know if something will lead to trouble later on.
So what happened. Tldr
He answered and responded to the phone within an hour.
Explained what was going on that it's not an emergency because the weather was so nice. But he still came the next day and treated it with due respect.

In a post hurricane era, it is not only difficult to find an AC contractor that will schedule a visit but also supply you with a fair price and delivery. Scott installed a new system and working with him was such a pleasure. He stuck to his proposal and suggested options when the manufacturer was ten months out on equipment parts. He remained on top of the schedule and updated me as needed. I look forward to working with him on service and future projects.

We have had three AC repair companies come out for our issues over the course of a year or so, Latour’s being the third company. The service guy squeezed us in the day we called to schedule an appointment, and within a short period figured out what the issue was. It took more than one company to figure this out and help us get back to cooling and all it was, was our thermostat. I’m glad I researched and read these reviews. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to others also.

Picture this, 4 month old newborn, 96* outside... a/c stops... it’s Sunday... in Louisiana ... in June... so 129,754 % humidity as well.
Dad is in a bit of a hot pickle ...
