We are very thankful for Cardinale Moving and Storage. When we bought our home in 1999 who would have thought that we would store all our new furniture and French antiques in your warehouse for 11 years. It was amazing how well you catalog all our new furniture, numerous containers from France, all our limestone and building stone materials from France along with the 3 trailers filled with numerous outdoor items.

I was poised to use them. I made an appointment. They never showed up or called. When I called to find out what happened I was on hold for 10 minutes only for the receptionist to come back to the phone to say we are trying to find the person, They were very unorganized and non responsive. Did not feel like part of the family as they advertise unless you are the part of the family they do not like

We had the BEST experience with Cardinale Moving and Storage! Everyone was so nice, helpful, professional, and accommodating. They were even one day ahead of schedule for the packing! That's especially appreciated when preparing to move.
This was our first move in almost 40 years and the first out of state move. Even though we had recycled, re-homed, and donated about 20% of our household items there was still a lot of furnishings to pack and load. The delivery was also efficient and accommodating to our schedule.

I have nothing but great things to say about Cardinale Moving and Storage. 4 years ago they packed up our little cottage in Pacific Grove and moved our belongings to storage. Everything was catalogued. It was time to get our things to bring them to our storage in Los Angeles so we rented a UHaul and scheduled a pick up. When we arrived they had our crates ready and available. The general manager Ramon and his assistant Mike unpacked the crates and loaded up our UHaul all in 20 minutes. Cardinale M&S provided us with superb service in the packing and storage of our household goods. Vince graciously provided us with an early (5 months) detailed assessment and estimate of what it would take to move from Monterey to Boise. He never rushed, and patiently answered all our questions. He then returned and updated the estimate a month before before the event, when we had really figured out what to have them move. We recently moved across town. We have a large family with 4 bedrooms. Cardinale was able to pack our house and move us in two days flat. It was a completely stress-free experience. The movers were exceptionally polite and efficient. The packing was thorough and logically unpacked. I will hopefully never have to move again, but if I do, I’m calling these guys!

Cardinale Moving did a FANTASTIC job of helping my elderly parents move out of their Monterey home this summer! Mel Green was so very kind, patient, respectful, and thorough in describing the moving process & taking inventory of their belongings. The movers themselves did a wonderful job as well of packing up the last of the items, carefully loading them, and even getting us a $2000 discount by packing so efficiently. Janette Lopez was the perfect coordinator from start to finish, letting us know what was happening, taking care of a small snag, and following up on details. Would recommend them

For any truckers picking up a load here, it’s very nice. The guys are nice. Very polite. Loading was super quick too. Took them about 15 minutes. I only saw one dock but it was a very easy back up too. They do have a scale on site but I didn’t need to use it. Forgot to ask if drivers can use it. But 5 stars regardless.

Our experience with Cardinale Moving &Storaage was five-star from beginning to end. Vince came out and worked hard to help us find a way to move within our financial means. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. Then when the movers arrived for packing and moving, the team leader, Mark, C. was the absolute best.
