Poulos Moving Systems has records and a locator system to track all goods within the warehouse. If you need to retrieve items from your vault or loft, just give us a call and we'll set your items aside. Poulos Moving Systems ensures that all of your goods are properly stored in our vaults as well as our lofts at our warehouse.
You heard that right! We offer free, used packing materials for your local move as long as the items are returned once the job is complete. Poulos Moving Systems' warehouse is protected by a Sentry Alarm Systems security system 24/7 as well as motion detectors and secondary locking systems. We had never hired movers before, but I am so glad we did and that Poulos Moving was recommended to us by multiple people! Manny & Carlos (our moving team) were efficient, professional, & friendly-I know our move wasn’t easy with several awkward angles to tackle & stairs at our old home & new home; never once did they stop. I am still amazed! Whenever we move next, Poulos Moving will 100% be the company we use!

Pete and his crew are a fantastic respectable crew. In July 2019 we had a large crated military pack out (Monterey to Hawaii.) I had to handle it alone while my spouse was deployed so I wanted a trustworthy company with a good reputation. I’m local to the Monterey area and I’ve PCS’d out of Monterey before so I knew what companies to avoid. The first moving company was not acceptable to us. Chris and Josh were amazing! Third time we used them and this was a tough one , two hoses between Marina & Carmel to San Rafael , horrid steps at one place , they're still cranking and doing a great job at being careful with our things , figuring out with me what to put where , great customer service and I highly recommend these two ! Pete and his team at Poulos moved us from the East Bay to Monterey, and we could not be happier with the service and care provided. We needed to store our household contents for 2 months while waiting for our home purchase to close, and Pete had a great solution for us. I especially appreciate the detailed explanation of the entire process, the timing and costs involved for entire project. Pete's a local, and a stand up guy, and his crew knows what they're doing. I love these guys. They have moved a friend of mine twice and took care of his Fine Art and delicate furniture with care and expertise. They will even move some of the stuff that he has in storage 600 miles South when he's settled. When I needed to store some stuff before our move I looked at self-storage places and then called Pete and he priced one of their vaults for half the price. The crew is really helpful in pulling my vault out and helping me fill it whenever I have a load to add. When we do move the price quoted is extremely reasonable, and I know we'll be well taken care of

I can not say how impressed I was with this moving company. They have now completed two full moves for my family, and both times we were very impressed with their service. The movers themselves were knowledgeable and professional, while also maintaining a positive attitude during a rather stressful time for us. The owner was very responsive and attentive to details. I would recommend this company for any move or packing needs.

This was really my first time making a move, and I had Poulos MS recommended. I talked to the owner and he put me at ease about the whole processes and helped me find a time that worked great for my schedule.
On moving day, the two gentleman that helped me move did a fantastic professional job, and even though I did most of my own packing already, they did all of my glassware for me (which, honestly, I was scared to do).

We have moved multiple times during military life. Poulos Moving systems were by far one of the best moving companies we have worked with. They are excellent at explaining paperwork and every time I had questions for them I received a quick response. They were professional but caring with our belongings. Pete is the most stand-up, honest guy you can possibly get! He was so incredibly helpful and mindful with our concerns, I couldn't have asked for better service. I feel extremely comfortable with hiring him and his team for future moves and recommend him to anyone interested in a stress free move. As someone who has moved many times with the military, I have experienced it all. These guys are criminals. The military contracted these guys for our PCS. They did $4000 worth of damage to BRAND NEW furniture & offered us $465 for it. One of the guys sliced open my couch taking tape off of it & they offered me $12 for an upholstery repair kit to fix it myself. One of them tried to pick a fight with my husband while 5 other guys impatiently called out numbers at me trying to rush me to not verify box numbers. They also did damage to the walls in housing slamming our wood bedroom furniture up the stairs uncovered on a METAL dolly. These clowns are idiots & should

I rented a U-Haul trailer to move accross country. I thought I rented a trailer that was properly maintained. I was wrong. It had bald inner tires which later blew out on the highway in the middle of no where. The trailer stunk of mildew after a rain. Uhaul had the trailer in their system as 2004 model, but the VIN plate showed it as a 1981. It also had the wrong license plate and wrong size tires and rims on the trailer. Poults should properly inspect before they rent out a trailer. I went through credit card dispute to reverse the charges. Avoid!!!

I needed a small space to store some household items, and found Poulos online. I was confused how that type of storage worked (in vaults), but actually liked it much more than the more common type of self-storage. It's cleaner, and we don't need any locks to secure the vault. As far as accessibility goes, once we need to get to it, we can let them now ahead, and they'll get the vault ready for you. I was very impressed, not only with this system, but most importantly with the friendliness of the staff (Pete & Sergio). I highly recommend this place if you don't need to have

We used this company for our recent move from San Diego back up to the Monterey area. The problem we encountered was that they damaged many of our pieces of furniture because of carelessness with loading and transporting our load. Specifically we had holes and scrapes in our leather furniture and rust stains on our upholstered couch from lawn furniture being laid on top, and a shattered glass table top. Although they were punctual and honored time frames, and seemed competitive price wise, and we like supporting small business, I would recommend not using this company. If you do, buy the insurance

Don't bother. And if you don't have a choice because you're military, write a bad review on move.mil. They helped deliver our stuff and were pretty darn good. They claimed to be glad to come pick up our old boxes. Sweet deal!

Pete helped me move my 3 bedroom house. I just did a simple load, ship and unload. I was moving only about 5 miles but still, I needed the help.
I called Pete and the next day he came and did his estimate. The day of the move he arrived early with an assistant and was ready to go.
These guys were great. Bottom line is they were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. Even though I didn't pay them, technically speaking, to pack and unpack, they still offered to help with a lot of things bigger companies would've left up to me.
Pete and his assistant literally were running at points
I called Pete and the next day he came and did his estimate. The day of the move he arrived early with an assistant and was ready to go.
