The installers for this company are great. Their work seems to be top notch. However, management and the office staff leave much to be desired. Very difficult to schedule with and hard to get ahold of. The owner Adam has VERY POOR customer service. Billing was a mess; we were sent a bill with an October 15 due date and received an aggressive text from the owner on September 21 saying they were repossessing our fence due to lack of payment. This was less than 30 days after installation and far before the billing due date. Very poor communication and frustrating to work with all around. I would not
