They came out a couple of days early and had our project done in a couple of days. Ruben and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our fence and they were fantastic! So thankful we went with them for our fence! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Contracted with Perfect Fence to install a commercial fence. There was zero communication during the project. The crew would just show up, at times days after they were scheduled.
Part of the fence was installed incorrectly, even though the project requirements were clearly stated the contract.
I called four times and emailed three times with no response. I now have to hire another company to correct their mistake.
If you choose to do business with Perfect Fence, make sure you hold their final payment until you are completely satisfied.

This company is great until something goes wrong with your fence and it needs repair. I spent a large sum of money with this company and when my fence needed repairs within the warranty period I was given the run around for nearly six months. I called and left several messages and got no return calls until I threatened litigation. DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is THE WORST.

I had a great experience with Perfect Fence. Chris (sales) and Ryan (logistics) were responsive and knowledgeable. Fence installed 3 weeks earlier than expected (small job). Tyler (foreman) was very polite, assured the fence was going to be to my liking. I was gone the final day of install but he sent me pictures and his contact info if I had questions. Fence is perfect. I am extremely happy and I am picky on a straight flowing fence!

My experience with Perfect Fence has been anything but perfect. My initial interaction with the company was in mid October. Kevin was the salesman sent to my house to give me a quote. Kevin was not very thrilled when I told him his quote was not the price I was looking to pay. After negotiating back and forth about different styles of fences to match the price I wanted, Kevin gave me a quote for a style of fence which would match my budget.

We went with Perfect Fence after seeing one of their fences installed in a yard near Picasso Dog Groomery. The fence was different and well constructed. I figured they might not think we were crazy when we asked for a 4 foot black vinyl chain link fence around the rear of our property with a 6 foot white vinyl privacy fence facing the street. Our sales representative Chris was awesome! We signed our contract and given a start date of approximately 6 weeks. The install was done 5 weeks later and was completed within 36 hours. We have had so many compliments on the vinyl privacy fence/black chain

We got a quote from Perfect Fence and decided to move forward. They came out with the paperwork and said it would be $2000 more than the initial estimate. We said we'd pass and didn't appreciate the "Bait and Switch". The salesman, Kevin, then agreed to do it for the original price. We got bids from a few different companies for putting up a fence at our house and also for my neighbor moving his fence and decided to use Perfect fence. Kevin was the one that gave us the quote so I asked him to come out and do the paper work. He came back out spent about two minutes in my backyard and said oh I miss figured the quote it will be about an extra $2,000. I told him he could go ahead and leave because I wasn't paying him that much extra money. I called 4 fence companies in the KC area for a quote on getting some fencing done. Only Perfect fence ever send someone out to give me a quote. Says a lot about the companies that do fencing in KC. Shawn's quote was a bit high, but I needed it done and accepted it. It took a couple of weeks for him to get to the job. But once he did, he set the posts one day and competed the fence the next day. My project was for security reasons and he came up with a very good solution and the quality of his work was very good. I questioned not using pressure treated wood. but he told me the regular pine

Extremely disappointed with the service levels of this company. We left a very expensive deposit with them and have had zero communication from their end from then on. After finding some flags in my yard I called them to ask when our fence would finally be installed and was told it would happen the following week, right before the Memorial Day holiday unless there was rain. There was no rain, we invited our families to or house for the weekend and told them to bring their dogs as we'll finally have a fence. Thursday morning rolls around and we assume the team is going to arrive to install

These guys went above and beyond installing the chain link fence on our new home. They welded customized pieces to fill in gaps in between our natural rock wall and where the fence meets it. I did not expect that! The dog is happy and secure and we're more than happy with the job they did. I highly recommend this company.
