HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I called and spoke with the owner, Steve Shipps, regarding having some fence work down in order my pool company to have access to my back yard, he told me he would come over the weekend. He did not show. I called him again and he said he'd be up on Tuesday and agian, he did not show. I do not recommend Specialty Concepts Fences due to their unprofessional customer service and not keeping their word. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors who have hired SCF and I will NEVER recommend them again. If he's done it to me, he'll do it

What a great company! I found SFC through Home Depot since I needed to finance my patio fence. Brian told me up front that there would be a wait on getting my fence in so I had the choice of going with someone else but I’m so glad I didn’t. When Steve came to measure out everything we walked the area together and found the most affordable way for the install along with it looking beautiful. The install was done in a day! I’m so grateful for the caring team who made sure my fence was secure for my then pup who is now a 60pound Shepherd. When I called this week to let them know

I don't want to, but I have to complain about this business. I had a ready-made order for some aluminum fence. I could NOT get a call back from Steven, their salesman. When I called his phone directly (816-215-1964), his mailbox would be full. The woman answering the phone would apologize for him, and I feel bad for her. My order could have been handled within an hour. I probably called a minimum of 5 times without the common courtesy of a returned pone call to tell me to buzz off. My order was not big, as it was for matching an older model for repair of a brand that they are only 1 of 2
