From cold call, inspection, quote, to a full new unit install, everything was done within 3 days, on time, and within a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service I received from True Cool. I had an issue with my A/C and they came out the same day and fixed my issue. They were on time and communicated all the issues that I was experiencing. They replaced the parts and got my A/C up and running. I highly recommend them. Very professional.

Terry, owner of True Cool Air Conditioning, recently saved my house from burning down. I called him to check on the air handler his crew installed a couple of years ago, because I thought smoke was coming out of it. I thought we could wait until the afternoon to check it, but Terry asked me some questions and insisted on coming to check it right away. He found that it was not the air handler, but that my water heater was smoldering!
If Terry hadn't insisted, and discovered the real culprit, my house may have not been here today. I'm very grateful!

I called these guys on January 9, emergency call as it was very cold and my newish Climatemaster AC was not generating any heating. A guy came, very much on time, very well presented and very nice guy; only, he couldn't fix it.
He said that the problem was structural: we live in a second floor in an 11 floor apartment building, and the way it is designed, the 2nd floor doesn't get enough warm water to operate the heating. He said we would need a heat strip and that he would quote it for us. He charged $125 for the 45 minute visit.

This is a fantastic air conditioning company! Terry knows what he is doing. He is professional & friendly. We had problem after problem until we hired True Cool. Terry figured out the our ductwork was too small to carry the air properly through our home. He changed the duct work to make it compatible with the proper size a/c unit. Our home has never been cooler, and since the work was completed (about 2 years ago) we have NOT had any problems.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Terry. He did not even step foot in my house - rather, he was the third company I had called in desperation after breaking off a wire into my Nest Thermostat. Where other companies wanted to charge me $150+ for a service call based on the problem I described, Terry patiently gave me advice, and stayed on the phone with me while I fixed the issue. The kindness and willingness that Terry showed in order to help a stranger for no benefit of his own is unmatched and a rare find. You better believe if anything ever happens to my A/C in
