I had a emergency and i made an appointment with them wich i had to cancel my work day to resolve this problem, but the day of the appointment they didnt come so i call them back, and they said sorry but we can send someone tomorrow,
I told the lady that it was not my fault and i lost a day on my job but she sidnt care to give me a solution and send someone ride away.

Unfortunately this will not be a good review, after looking for a company to fix my A C I choose this company based off everyone else experience, this is not the experience I had..someone came out as promised "FIXED" the issue, a clogged drain that was causing my unit to leak inside my home...a quick 214.00 for them...a the issue was never fixed..my husband and myself have called several times this week and the previous week to be told, one they are in the MIAMI area they would return to repair...a week later still waiting....

They gave me an appointment for today with a two hour window for the repair man to show up between 6:30pm-8:30 pm. i was told the person would call me by 5:30 to give me his name and a more accurate time of arrival. I called Miami AC Experts to my home because my issue arose on a Sunday. (A trusted source referred me to another repairman who did not work on Sundays). In addition, Miami AC Expert's $29 visitation fee was low risk.

Steven and his partner, can't recall his name, were great. They explained everything in detail and why things had gone wrong with my AC. They were quick and made sure to clean up before leaving (which isn't the norm for a lot of repair people).
Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off, which is a plus. :)

Steve is the best ever he actually can back up his work he and nelson came in after having a terrible experience with " 24 Hour Air Service" after robbing me $1400 dollars for a compressor that was improperly installed, taking advantage and not completing the job. Steve and nelson came and saved the day by quoting me the best and most reasonable prices and delivering grade A services I wouldn't suggest dealing with another company with HVAC issues other than the growing #1 company in south Florida MIAMI AC EXPERTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a serious problem with our air conditioning system. They fixed the issue pretty fast after 3 other companies took a look at the system and could't. After the repair one of the techs actually helped me set up a google account and check service company ratings to make sure we get the right company here to do repairs and such. They were very helpful and nice too.
