My experience with this company was SUPERB. Since the day they arrived for the estimate, always explaining each step and all different t options that they have. They don’t try to buy the most expensive but what it’s more convenient for you. When they install my new system took care of every single detail, the AC worked perfectly and my house clean as they never been there. Simply amazing professionals, in my experience probably the best contractor ever, not just speaking about AC …and the price is affordable and fair with several options for you to choose.

I’ve be using this company for 26 years without any problems whatsoever. Steve M the technician who serviced both my central systems is one knowledgeable guy and super nice, I consider him an asset for HIVAC and will definitely request him for all future AC checkups which are so important in South Florida. Patty also has been the best customer service representative thru the years. It’s so hard to “trust anyone” these days but after 26 years of terrific service I won’t be making any changes because there is no better !!

HI-VAC previously installed our Trane A/C & just recently did the routine maintenance, as well as added a new drain line for a hybrid hot water heater. Everyone at the company was very nice & professional. The technician, Robert was wonderful. He was on time, respectful of property

They responded right away, came over to assess the existing AC equipment and advise me on the replacement in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Given that I was ready to decide and agreed on the terms, Joe did the paperwork then and there. The technicians arrived exactly at the promised time and took great care to prepare the area indoors around the air handler. They worked quietly and quickly and I am delighted with the new, quieter AC system and highly recommend this company.

Just had a new house AC installed by HI-VAC and they did and exceptional job. Be sure to ask for Joe DiCresce as he is extremely knowledgeable open to any and all questions, prompt and follows-up on any issue. William, Tron and Tony worked all day to get it just right and on time. I highly recommend this company as a homeowner and engineer with over 40 years experience!

Today I had William and Kentron doing my install and I couldn't be any happier. They were very thorough, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They walked me through everything they saw and what they were doing. I was very confident in their skills and without a doubt this whole experience was very very good. Based off of this experience alone I would not only recommend Hi-Vac but without a doubt William and Kentron made it for me. apologize for forgetting the rest of the teams name- We hired them to install a new ac unit and an I-wave R. They did a great job installing the unit. They were prompt, courteous and professional. And on top of it, my first FPL bill dropped in half!! They did such a good job, that I referred them to my boss. She paid them to install an I-wave R in her house too and she also paid for a yearly maintenance plan. I’m very happy with this company! I did a lot of research to find the best company
