E-Z Cool was referred to me by a friend after other companies could not resolve my issues. They were able to quickly identify the problem through out of the box thinking. The issues were resolved with duct work and insulation work. This team was phenomenal in their customer service, response time and technical work. As a result of the great service I received, I called them back for another unrelated issue with a second AC unit. Carlos and his team did not disappoint. They provided me with options to consider along with pros and cons. Ultimately the best option was to move forward with a new AC

My experience began with the courteous office staff who quickly worked with my current schedule to give an accurate time line of when a technician could be sent. Upon the technician arriving at my home, I respected that they respected my space and wore their face masks and kept at a social distance without me having to ask them too. ALL staff wore their masks. Carlos listened to my many questions and concerns before running a complete diagnostic of the AC unit.
