Our clients and vendors have trusted and recommended Navarro Construction Services since 2008. From friends to family, our operations have expanded by the best system possible: word of mouth. We have performed renovations, additions, and historic restorations in the City of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax and Washington D.C.
Renovation of old looking spaces. We work on making your living area a more spacious, beautiful and cozy place to be around by working on fine carpentry with excellent handcraft ability, stone and tile years of experience and drywall and painting finesse. We make your ideas possible by trying to recover all the miss spaces in the house and turn it around in accessible useful places.

Ricardo Navarro did a complete renovation for our architect daughter's townhouse in Alexandria. This was a complete tear down and build out and up, including integrating geothermal, architectural details, demanding standards, stringent Alexandria codes and a quality finished product that's won multiple awards. Ricardo and his crews are top quality craft people very familiar with Alexandria issues. In fact our renovation went from a 'homely' old Alexandria row house to an ultramodern Alexandria row house.

We met with Oscar to go over a project. He gave us a bid, but unfortunately, it was much higher than another bid we received, so we went with the other contractor and I let Oscar know as a courtesy. When the contractor we hired disappeared after only half the work was done (he did this to several clients and is being sued by a few of them...but we felt we broke even with the deposit so didn't pursue anything) I reached out to Oscar to see if he could come and finish the work, which was about $5K worth of work still to be done. He was very rude in his response, I assume trying to "stick it to me
