The whole Traylor team was top-notch.
Andre came out to personally go through the estimate and was here constantly to check on the project.
After receiving 7 different proposals for our house project we decided to go with Traylor. They were licensed, competitively priced and responsive.
They painted our entire house and completely remodeled my entire office.
The team worked efficiently and when I made suggestions along the way, they were accommodating. I was fearful that the timeline would be extended but indeed, they finished at the agreed-upon date and at the agreed-upon price.

We LOVE this team. We have had several projects completed by Traylor, including a deck, built-in bookshelf, window trim, and window seat. Every project has exceeded our expectations. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism is superior. It is so wonderful to have a contractor that you can place so much faith in that you only need to make one call. This is our go-to team for any home improvement project. If there was a way to give them extra stars I would.

We used Traylor in March of 2020 to tear down a load bearing wall in order to open up our living room and foyer space. To remodel my principal and small condo bathroom, I selected Andre Silva's company primarily because of the "trust" factor and the reasonable quote. (Not the least expensive.) We had Traylor for a remodelling job of our house which involved painting and flooring (incl tiling and floor refinishing) of the entire house and remodelling of the two bathrooms. Overall, it was one of our most pleasant experience working with contracting companies. Andre and his team are professional, attention to detail and always making helpful suggestions when asked. If there's a shortage of finishing material, Andre and Renata will always be the first ones to pick up the order and drop that off at the house so his team waste no time on waiting. I used Andre and his crew at Traylor Design for a deck on the back of my DC townhouse. Ultimately, the final product is great. They are a capable crew and were very clean in the house when they traveled through it, and after it was all done they cleaned up very well and left no trace.
I did have some trouble with communication. I requested some additional work that I assumed to be quick and easy to do, but when I received the final bill I was charged for those items. Ultimately we came to an agreement and I am happy with the overall price, but I wish I had known at the time of my request that

Andre & his team did an outstanding job on 2 bathroom renovations. He was attentive to detail, listened to what I wanted, and his team worked very hard to get the job done well and quickly. Pros: The tile guy was amazing! He literally worked for 13 hours straight one day on the marble tile and detail for our shower. It was obvious he really cared about the quality of his work. Andre and his crew also worked very hard and were quick to resolve any issues, and were very accommodating when we added extra scope to the project.
