Excellent experience from start to finish! I have been buying Persian and other fine rugs for 25 years and was impressed with the massive selection of so MANY different styles and even more impressed with thee knowledge of the staff. I have never seen anything like this outside of the Los Angeles area. I feel like I got a good price and the staff listened to me and were SO careful in Both of My homes. I have now purchased 5 rugs from them and I will be back.

0 stars. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible business practice. A friend of mine purchased furniture from the Rug Gallery and they have not been delivered although she paid full price upfront (what they insist) and were not respectful. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They conduct bad business practices and do not deliver the products you've purchased. On top of that, they do NOT care about their customers. 0 stars.

Great service, quality rugs and prices! The staff is very helpful and kind. They offer rug cleaning arrives, appraisal as well as consignment. So if you wanted to take a rug home and try it out, they let you do so.

ABSOLUTELY the RIGHT place to buy your rugs in Tucson!! I have known Rug Gallery and their honest staff for many years. Although I don't live in Tucson anymore, this is the ONLY place I still come for quality rugs and honest advice. They have been in business for 30 years and their ethics and reputation is well known to most prominent Tucson residents. I would proudly recommend them...

Although they were rather pushy when selling us the rug, the delivery was on time and the rug looks beautiful in our home. The video of how the rugs are made is fascinating! If you're looking for a high end rug, this is the place for you!

We purchased a lovely rug from Rug Gallery in Tucson on October 22 and it was promptly shipped to our home in western Wisconsin on Oct. 31. Majid was very helpful, yet not pushy in any way. We found a perfect rug for our home and the sale price was amazing. We are very happy with our new purchase and will definitely stop by again when we are in Tucson. I was looking for a place to help me with binding my client's area rug purchased elsewhere. I went to several places who refused to help me. Majid, the owner of Rug Gallery not only treat me with respect, helped me even I was not shopping for his rug and actually take a time to explain detail process how area rugs are made, works and care. All his merchandise is a top beautiful quality, unseen art pieces but what stands out is an owner who treats you right and the cost without bullying discount prices. I will be back.
