Our decision to remove carpet in our bedroom pushed us to just get flooring put in our entire Casita! We were told Bobby Joe's had a great staff and awesome selection. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Choices were made and samples allowed to come home.

I was looking to replace carpet on the stairs from garage to first floor . Needed industrial carpet and installation . Called few companies and decided to stop by Bobbie Jones. Josh was great , showed me some great industrial carpet , remnant from big job, great quality and sold me for 1/2 original price . He called his intakes Mike and he had job canceled so was able to come next day . Mike did phenomenal job, real pro. Can't be happier with both of them, highly recommended..

Friendly sales people and good prices fell apart completely when our luxury vinyl plank shrank leaving every single end to end joint open by 3/16th of an inch, and now starting to peel off the floor. They have made plenty of "so sorry" noises since Jan 2020, but punt to the manufacturer, who blames the installer. Bobby Joe's haven't done anything to help and the manufacturer's warranty hasn't been honored. Buyer beware.

I want to thank Josh for talking to my self and my husband at Bobby Joe's and then coming to our home for a estimate. He was very punctual and courteous and gave us a very accurate estimate. The installer(RonSearle) came with the material prior to starting the job and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. When Ron and Kenny started the job they were the nicest and caring people. The work ethics of these two people were excellent and I felt very comfortable with them here. I highly recommend Bobby Joe's and Ron and Kenny to do your new laminate flooring.

Phenomenal customer service. Best prices in Tucson. They are so responsive to the customers needs and even offer suggestions when you don't know what you want to do with your projects. These people have been in business for a really long time and definitely have got their industry down. Super happy with the products they offer. Have used them before and will use them again. Bobby Joe's is one of those unusual businesses that goes the extra mile and making sure that the customers are happy and have all the information they need before they start their project.

I like this place a lot. Great selection of carpet remnants in all sizes, qualities, and colors. You can buy it as is or pay a little extra to have them bind the edges. They also sell regular carpets, tile, and wood floors. My only experience is with their remnants and I'm very satisfied. Nice, friendly people to work with, too.

What a fantastic experience. Went there last week to look for a carpet remnant and was immediately greeted as we walked in the door. We were told, "I don't want to bother you guys, but please come grab me if you need anything." This immediately made us feel at ease and we knew we weren't going to be pushed into buying something. We found the perfect remnant for our needs and paid to have it trimmed to size and bound around the edges. We also paid to have it delivered. From order to delivery was just over a week.
