I called over an hour before I came to check availability on a SPECIFIC stock number/vehicle. I was told it was still in stock and they would even have it ready for me at 4:30. I get there at 4:35. No car anywhere. Go inside no one says a word. I explain I had an appointment at 4:30 for that car. I'm told it's at the storage lot. I go outside then he comes out and tells me it sold Saturday. I drove over an hour to see this car. They then tried to have me check out a similar vehicle for more money. I don't know if they're ppl are just truly bad with customer service or if it

I stumbled upon this dealership after having a bad experience at another dealer. As soon as I stepped foot on their lot, I was immediately greeted by Jose, who I believe is the lot manager/salesman. I already saw the car that I wanted on their webpage, took it for a test drive and then Jose and I decided to move forward so we started to run the numbers. Jose and the staff at Bergen Car Company were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Jose even found some small areas of the car that needed to be touched up and after making an appointment, came by with the car and they cleaned it up

Asked about their zero down offer as advertised on their website -- lie. Also inquired about their financing program that they "guaranteed" -- also a lie.
Asked via email what those two advertisements were about and never got a response from a representative--at all.
Based on those two things, probably not a very reputable dealership if they can't communicate and answer your questions.
Would give this place no stars if that were an option. Disappointed stars all around.
