First time I have encountered a dealership that didn’t have interest in making a sale. Went to see a vehicle today and was very disappointed by the experience. Salesman didn’t bother to introduce himself, didn’t seem interested in negotiating at all and made it clear prices were pretty firm. Basically told me Kelly Blue Book didn’t account for inflation as I pointed out the vehicle, a 2014 BMW, was overpriced. They also charge a close to $3000 prep fee. Sounded like BS to me but perhaps that is what these smaller dealerships charge to make money. Frankly while disappointed with the experience

Avoid !!! Theres nothing great about this place. It's a scam.
Went to check out one of their cars. The online list price is not the final sale price. They asked me to pay ridiculous $2850 prep fee over the list price and additional $595 if you finance through them. Also, they will not let you test drive the car. The guy who was there told that if you don't buy the car they will not let you test drive, which is unprofessional.

Alex was wonderful!! He went above and beyond for me in a pinch. I went all the way to Connecticut from New Jersey, and back in search of a suitable used vehicle. I called Auto Gallery and Alex quickly answered the phone and demonstrated impeccable customer service. In a, almost-unheard-of-way, Alex and the shop owner set me up to leave with a car that same day—all in less than two hours!!! I would give five stars just for their customer service and expediency, but one thing I really didn't appreciate was how they failed to mention that they don't post accurate prices online. Don’t waste your time. They list cars that they sold months ago to get your attention. They send you emails telling you to call them about a car that is already sold when they could have easily relayed the message in the email. They like to waste your time to reel you in to look at the inventory you’re not interested in. Believe the low ratings. Their prices are too good to be true because they are just that: too good and not true. Stay away from this false business.

Cars salesmen’s couldn’t even tell you the difference between a car and an airplane. These guys are clueless of what’s going on around them. No one could answer any of my questions. Really bad attitude from a guy named Miguel. They scam you with their “discounted” prices online. They just add on 4,000 for “dealer fees” later on to make up the difference. I ended up buying a car down the road for 10k cheaper with 300 dollar dealer fees… This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. Their cars are rusted out, not well kept, and well overpriced. I purchased a car today from Auto Gallery. The staff there was amazing. The gentleman that helped us was Sam..he was professional and kind and went above and beyond, Sam is definitely an asset to this company. I cant say enough about him. I also want to acknowledge Miguel for giving me his last bottled water.. Thank you and this is absolutely a place that you want to purchase a car from.
