I came across a SUV to replace my parents old truck at this dealership. My parents continuously second thought starting the finance process and going to see the car. So I had the awesome privilege of stopping in on July 13, 2020 with only questions. First of all it was hot outside so a welcome into their office was a plus, air conditioned, comfy chair and nice fragrance, the office is not loud and they are very professional. I am pretty satisfied with kind of service provided by sales representative Mohammed. He made sure that I have all required information about car. He kept on looking for cars fitting my budget and luxury. After a good hunt and testing the car by himself he gave me a good luxury car.

Could not be happier to walk away with a new to me car from Route 4 Auto Exchange. It was a pleasure to work with AJ, Proust, Alex, Paul, and especially Jose who made me feel comfortable while looking at the car. I ended up buying a beautiful car for a fantastic price. I highly recommend going and buying a car. It was not like other dealerships here I felt like I was hanging out with my friends. Chatting about how good the browns look this year with OBJ or how Fitzmagic took the world by storm was great.
