First off, both Sam & Natalia were great to work with! I purchased a vehicle via internet by way of Colorado from New Jersey, kind of skeptical not being able to see/test drive myself. Sam suggested a company called "LemonSquad" a for a reasonable fee, they will do an inspection and test drive then send you a report, based on the "CarFax" and this report I was very confident in my decision to go forward with the purchase.

Visited DZ auto specifically for a Jeep. Tariq was able to put me in the Jeep I wanted and referred me to a professional painter for rims ! I now have a beautiful truck just the way I wanted it ! We purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from DZ Auto this last month June 2021. We worked through the entire process of purchasing this car remotely from Albuquerque New Mexico with Tareq and the process was very smooth. We are very happy with the Jeep and Tareq was able to show us the car with FaceTime. The shipping process was very smooth when hauling the car from New Jersey to Albuquerque. I waited a couple of months after I bought my RAV4 at DZ AUTO MALL to see the performance of the vehicle. The vehicle was in great condition, responsive and well serviced. There's no sale preassure which I have found in other dealerships in the past. I was amazed at the treatment they give you as a customer, they treat you as family. This was such an overwhelmingly positive experience! "used car dealer" usually conjures up some pretty negative images. But the guys at DZ were great. The office is clean. The pricing is fair. No sneaky hidden fees. Very professional and respectful with each member of our family. Very smooth transaction. Plates came in quickly and they called us right away. All pickups were fast and efficient. They wore masks properly at all times. I can recommend them without reservations and would certainly purchase from them again in the future.

I went to D&Z to look at the selection and was very impressed with the wide array of types and makes D&Z had. The staff who helped me Tareq was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and very patient. I looked around quite a bit as there were so many good cars to choose from. I test drove a couple and decided on a Honda CRV for my daughter. The CRV runs great looks great and I couldn't ask for better care and customer service than Tareq and Sam provided. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially my friends and family and I am sure I will buy all of my future cars here too.

This place is the best Used Car shop I have ever dealt with. They respect their customers, and help them find the car they are looking for. I purchased my car in February, and the car has been great ever since. They even ordered me a manual for my car, since it wasn't in there. They ordered the manual after I purchased the car too. They didn't have to do that for me, but they did. Seriously, this is a one of a kind place. Thanks again guys!

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima July 19th. A week after the purchase I complained about overheating and power failure. The dealer told me the power failure could be from the overheating. For the next week and a half I spent several days back and forth to their mechanic to find out why the vehicle was overheating. Turns out the antifreeze that was in the car was the wrong type. I picked the car up August 7th and on my way to work the car lost power and I couldn't drive. I had to slowly putt to a friends house because the car wouldn't accelerate. The following morning I did the same thing
