I left a message with Anthony, who I understand is the proprietor, after getting a referral, and spoke to him about the need for gas logs. He assured me that he had gas logs in stock in the size that I needed and that he could potentially install them the following night if I sent him a picture of my fireplace. He promised an estimate to be delivered the next day. I sent pictures within an hour.
In spite of my multiple calls, voicemails, and text messages, I've never heard from him again. Ridiculous.

Anthony was quick to come out for the maintenance. He also installed a fan for the fireplace. After a couple of days, we called to inform him the flame was not burning right since the maintenance. We also have a very distinct order of gas and since then have experienced headaches. (Carbon detector has not gone off) He did not respond. We have tried calling and he never answers and his voicemail box is full. We have written at least 5 emails to get him to return and solve the issues. NOTHING! and just the other day, was 2 doors down performing maintenance for a neighbor. DO NOT USE ALL SEASON
