We had a gas fireplace installed on our screen porch but after less than a year it began malfunctioning. Mr Bradsher was recommended by the shop we purchased the unit from. At the time we were also having issues with our indoor gas insert. After making an appointment, Ken arrived on time. It was during Covid and he wore a mask and was very respectful. He wore clean booties over his shoes and laid down drop cloths. He was very neat. He fixed the indoor fireplace and worked on the patio. He phoned the manufacturer and ordered the necessary parts. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care in installing gas logs. After having another gas log installers come out, Ken was the only one able to pinpoint the issue we had with our brand new log set. He went above and beyond and talked us through how to get our issue fixed with the manufacturer. We now have a working set and we’re so glad that Ken was recommended to us.

Highly recommend this company for fireplace/gas log service! Ken did a great job picking up where someone else left off. I had a bad experience with another company and Ken stepped in and made it right. Ordered parts needed and showed up on a Saturday to install them and get my gas logs working again. My experience is the same as Sue W's from 2016. We had them service our fireplace in 2013 (routine maintenance). Called them again in December 2019 with a problem (fireplace slow to start). Ken came out, seemed to clean everything but the problem was still there. Said he had to order a part. Well it's now February 2020 and we are still waiting for that "part". I have called multiple times and they can't tell me when they are coming out.

My experience from start to end was superior! I received a callback after requesting an appt online within 2 hours. I was scheduled for the next day. Ken came out and quickly and professionally serviced my fireplace (less than 1 hour). Afterwards he explain what he did and gave me some maintenance pointers and encouraged me to contact him with any fireplace questions. He definitely knows his fireplaces. Ken is incredibly knowledgable about all things having to do with your gas fireplace and gas logs. I am a single female and having repairs on things in my home can be daunting because I don't want to be taken advantage of for not knowing enough about the plumbing, HVAC, or in this case, my gas fireplace. A friend recommended this company through a Facebook request I put out about a year and a half ago. I was able to get an appointment quickly. He showed up on time. I would not bother calling this company. We had a horrible time getting them to return our phone calls, texts, or emails during the cold winter months. We decided to call them to service our fireplace in July (off season) and they came out immediately. However, when the fireplace stopped working completely once again in the cold months, we could not get anyone to respond to our phone calls or emails for two months. They finally came out and said we needed to order a part. We ordered it and waited months again without any contact from this company and with no attempt to return phone calls and
