Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.
When I called them back to come and "fix it properly" they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!
They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my

We had a problem with our shower faucet. The cartridge was leaking. I wish to share that not only was I pleased with their office staff that took down all of my information but they were also able to come out the same day and provide excellent service in the field it seems to be a really well run company with extremely helpful and professional employees. It should be noted that I had called a couple other plumbers they didn’t even pick up their phone. I think it speaks volumes when you can get same-day service when you have an emergency and that goes a long way in my book.

I had an issue with my shower handle and the water would not turn off! I called Tweedy and expressed my concern and they were able to come out to my house within 30 minutes! They were very professional and efficient. They were able to take my payment right after the service with card.

Tweedy Plumbing was quick to reply to an emergency pipe break. They were professional and timely. They drove to several locations to locate a special part for me at no charge. After a minor incident in accidentally damaging something, they promptly replaced it taking on any associated cost.They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Tweedy Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and now I know why. The two gentlemen who came were courteous and efficient and got both of my drains cleaned out with very little trouble. They were also cognizant of the current situation with the Covid 19 virus, and wore masks, gloves, booties, etc. into the house. I will definitely call them first if I need a plumber in the future!

They actually were able to come sooner than anticipated! Very polite and clean. Did a great job..explained how to prevent again. Even complimented me on my (questionable?) do it yourself garbage disposal!! Very sweet! Will definitely use again and refer!!

We had a water main break at the side of our house that left us with no water so we called The team of Tweedy plumbing and they showed up the next day. The two plumbers evaluated the problem and discovered the builder had put in the wrong pieces which ultimately caused the leak just after 4 years of owning the new home. Tweedy provided a solution that will last for a long time at a fair price in a quick manner. The two plumbers were professional and did an excellent job installing the new pieces of pipe.
