1. Plumber showed up for appointment 4 hours early with no prior notification. Said he "had called" but he didn't leave a voicemail message so I didn't know it was him.
2. Plumber did not identify himself by name, by company, or on his truck. He did not have any tools in his hand at the front door. Since there was zero identification, I asked him who he was and why he was here. He said he was a plumber sent by Evans. I asked him his name and he said "Paul".
3. Paul looked at shower nozzle and replaced cartridge. Job took 30 minutes.
4. Paul went back out to his truck.

Not really sure where to begin. We use them for all our properties and they’re usually on site 5-10 minutes early. They always wear booties on their shoes and are in and out very quickly. We had an instance where a sewer main line had ruptured under a driveway on one of our properties and Chris was there to assess the damage and had our line repaired that afternoon without digging up the driveway or the big tree that was near the bad pipe.
