Look no further than Smart Appliance for all of your repair needs! I got referred to them by LG for a washing machine issue and they repaired it on the first visit out for a very reasonable price! Their technician was super helpful in explaining what caused the issues and shared plenty of tips on how to avoid this issue happening again in the future. Clear communications and timing over text, on time arrival, and truly best in class service all at a reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more - 5/5 stars.

He ran thorough diagnostics to identify problems with our refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler. Laid out possible solutions with all pros and cons, prioritizing quality, reliability and cost efficiency. Promptly found replacement parts and fixed all the problems. Results — lots of money and time saved, great service, great customer experience. Highly recommend.

This repair company was fantastic. They've fixed a few appliances for us over the course of this year and they were terrific with each. They are super knowledgable - know appliances inside and out. Very professional, very honest and nice as well. They've become our go-to repair people to call.

Smart appliance repaired my LG Washer using factory parts. Phil was very responsive with scheduling service visit. Repaired both a pump that failed and hose that was leaking. Because he did quality work, I then asked him to repair my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. To avoid scratching my hardwood floors he laid skids down when moving out the fridge. He went above and beyond vacuuming the area. I then had his other repairman repair my small LG washer lid that the hinge broke and was creating a small leak. This is a long overdue review - we have been getting the help from Smart Appliance for years! Phil is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and very inventive. Not only did he fix every issue we had, but also improved the factory design for our brand new Samsung fridge. So if something breaks and you think you need to replace it, call Phil first, he can likely repair it for you!

We had a hard time choosing a dishwasher based on online ratings, reviews, and descriptions. We also have rather complicated installation situation mainly because it’s very tight corner space and previous dishwasher wasn’t installed properly for both water and electrical connections.
We received a great advice on dishwasher options from Filipp, our appointment was scheduled for a date 2 days after delivery, Filipp did not only overcome all our kitchen layout challenges but also fixed 2 more other unrelated issues lingering
