Second time hiring Chris. He fixed my washer about a month ago, it is working great. My dryer was not running properly so today he was here cleaning out my dryer and vent. I am happily doing laundry as I type this review! Chris is reasonable, professional, on time and he knows his stuff! So grateful to have a reliable person I feel confident calling for appliance repair. Thanks again for a fabulous job Chris.

Wow! I contacted Chris about a bad burner on my gas stove. I described the issue and sent a pic. 30 seconds later he texted back the embarrassingly simple DIY fix. Not even a consulting fee. What a rarity. I had a similar good experience with him a while back with my refrigerator. Highly recommend Chris for his quality of work, fair pricing, prompt responses and honesty.

Poor experience….. they repaired my Samsung refrigerator and it leaked water everywhere and now I have water damage chris wont take action on this issue!

Chris repaired the control panel on our 3-4 year old oven after others had told us it would be cost prohibitive to repair! He even came back when we had another unrelated issue and helped us out! I could not reccomend him enough.

We bought a gas stove from home depot, but they refused to convert it to propane (even though it came with a propane conversion kit). Gave the Appliance Expert a call and he was there the next morning. Great service. Highly recommend

You have all heard multiple great reviews concerning the Appliance Expert, Chris Conley. Here is the latest one. Our washer stopped mid cycle this afternoon while full of water. Chris came to our house within 30 minutes and diagnosed that the washer needed a new circuit board. Due to age of the machine, we agreed the washing machine would need to be replaced. But luckily we had a fairly new washer in our cellar which we had brought with us when we had sold our old house. Chris offered to bring the backup machine up from the cellar as long as I helped. (which was a minimal effort on my part frankly

Chris responded to my quote request quickly, with detailed information and the ability to tend to the repair within 24 hours of contact. He was on time, professional and worked quickly to fix our dryer that was not producing heat when loaded with laundry. The problem with the dryer was identified and repaired in less than 30 minutes.
