Harlen Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning Co. was founded in 1957 by my father Harlen Johnson, who remained active in the business until 1990. After serving a tour of duty in Patton's 3rd army and two tours of duty in the Korean conflict, he returned stateside and learned the air conditioning business.

We have used this company several times in the past and have always been extremely pleased with their work but I was never more grateful than I was this time. After making it through a week of snow, ice and extreme temperatures without losing any utilities, our heater went out. Called them and left a message not really thinking we would hear back from them for awhile. Not only did they call back but had a repairman out the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and our house was toasty warm in no time. These folks are the best! I highly recommend them. Oh and they are honest, reasonably priced

A technician, Bob, came to my house two days ago to repair a problem with the indoor unit of my HVAC system. Bob was very courteous and polite, and he fixed the unit. He also took the time to explain how to read the blinking code which tells you the source of the problem. He finished within an hour and the cost was the most reasonable of any HVAC company I have dealt with.

Disappointing service. Technician came by and in 20 minutes told compressor was bad needed to replace whole unit and probably best to replace furnace as well($13000+)109 outside what are you going to do had another technician come by next from North Dallad AC and he spent same 20 minutes replaced a $75 part and AC up and running. You tell me which is the honest one

I have been using these folks for about 15 years for 2 different commercial buildings. They have done an excellent job. They give an honest assessment about any issues with AC/Heater units. They currently service the 18 units I have on my 40k square foot building. They recently replaced a 10 ton unit for me at a fair price.
